Diamonds.com LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on
Diamonds.com. Diamonds.com LLC collects information from our users from various
points on our Web site.

When making a special request for information from our site a user must first

information to contact the user regarding the requested information. All
informational is optional. If either a valid email address or phone number is

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide

We use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and a credit card processing
company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain,
